To clean your bag just use warm water, a soft cloth, and mild soap. After applying the soap, use a second cloth dampened with clean water to rinse off the bag, and a different soft cloth to dry it.

Typically your order leaves the warehouse within 3 business days. We ship from warehouses in Texas and California.

You will receive your package within 2-7 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING:

Return requests MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item
and shipped back to us within 5 days of submitting the request to qualify
for free return shipping. 

RETURN WITH SHIPPING FEE:

Return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund in return packages postmarked after 7 days, but no later than 30 days following
delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time will be denied and returned to you.

Discounted sales items, swimwear, and intimates do not qualify for refunds or store credit. Sales are final. 

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.
