At Rocca & Co our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but we do understand that returns sometimes may be necessary. 

  • We have a seven (7)-day return policy, which means return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund.

  • Returns postmarked after this timeframe are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.

  • When the return is accepted you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

  • Unfortunately, when we receive returns additional costs incur as a business and to keep prices lower, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Discounted sales items, swimwear, jewelry, and intimates do not qualify for a refund. Sales are final.

  • Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.

  • Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.

  • We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow Rocca & Co 2-4 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process the refund. You will receive an email when the process has been completed.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, or damaged from our end, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at customerservice@roccaandco.com. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
