Return Policy

At Rocca & Co our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but we do understand that returns sometimes may be necessary. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. Returns postmarked after this timeframe are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.

• Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date and shipped back to us within 5 days of submitting the request to qualify for FREE RETURN SHIPPING!
• Return shipping fee and a $5.00 per item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in return packages postmarked after 7 days, but no later than 30 days following delivery. If you choose to use your shipping label, only the itemized restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Discounted sales items, swimwear, and intimates do not qualify for a refund. Sales are final.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.

We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow Rocca & Co 2-4 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process the refund. You will receive an email when the process has been completed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, or damaged from our end, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at customerservice@roccaandco.com. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
