Can I use more than one Promo Code on an order?

If you are not comfortable ordering online, you can place an order by email or chat customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

Please contact us within two hours of placing the order. and we will do our best to get the order canceled.

After two hours we no longer will be able to cancel the order.

What size should I buy?

What is the best way to measure for size?

Please note when comparing your measurements to those listed on the website, make sure to check if is a stretch fabric or not. If it is, it can stretch an inch or more.

Bust: Wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust to get an accurate size.

Waist: Place the measuring tape below your rib cage and above your belly button at the smallest part of your waist (your natural waistline). Hold the measuring tape loose enough to fit comfortably. Be sure to stand up straight and relax your stomach so that you get a true measurement.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the tape around the widest part of your hips resting the tape comfortably against your body. Be sure to keep the measuring tape straight or you may get an incorrect

Length: To measure your dress length, measure from the top of the shoulder to the hem. To measure your skirt length, measure from the top of the waist to the hem.

Hint: Finding the right length can be difficult. We recommend that you measure your favorite dress or skirt length, so you can feel confident when purchasing online.

Inseam: To measure your inseam, or the distance from your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle, put on your best-fitting pants and measure from the inside of your leg to the hem of the pants.

Hint: This measurement is easiest to obtain with help from a friend.

How do I care for the fabric of my items?

Below is a general guidance. Always make sure to check the Product Care Tag inside the garment.

Acrylic knit: Most acrylic knit garments can be machine-washed. Read the label and check for the proper drying option. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.

Cotton: Cotton holds up well to home laundering. Remove the garment from the dryer promptly to reduce wrinkling.

Cotton blend: Dry cotton-blend garments using your dryer's permanent press or low-heat cycle and remove immediately to
reduce wrinkling.

Denim: Denim should be washed
with cold or warm water, inside out. If washing denim that is mixed with
synthetic fabrics, always follow care directions for the more delicate fabric with which the denim is mixed. Hang denim to dry.

Flannel: Flannel can be washed in
cold or warm water. However, if your flannel derives from wool, even if its
washable wool, avoid the dryer completely since it can dry out its fibers. For non-washable wool flannel avoid laundering it at home and take it to the dry cleaners.

Nylon: Machine-wash nylon garments in warm water. Use a low temperature setting when tumble-drying and include a dryer sheet to reduce static electricity.

Polyester: Read the label. Usually
polyester items can be machine-washed (cool) and dried (low). Check the label to see if air-drying is recommended.

Rayon: Make sure to read the
care label for rayon clothing. Launder in cool water and a mild detergent. When machine-washing, use the gentle cycle and promptly remove garments after washing. When handwashing, do not wring or twist the garment. To dry, roll the item in a towel to squeeze out excess water.

Spandex: Use warm water when
hand- or machine-washing items made with spandex. Line dry or use a low-temperature setting when machine-drying to preserve the elasticity of the garment.

What is your Return Policy?


Return requests MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item and shipped back to us within 5 days of submitting the request to qualify for free return shipping.


The return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund in return packages postmarked after 7 days, but no later than 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time will be denied and returned to you.

Discounted sales items, swimwear, and intimates do not qualify for a refund. Sales are final.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in the correct size as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.

We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow Rocca & Co 2-4 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process the refund. You will receive an email when the process has been completed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, or damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.

Will my Promo Code be deducted from my refund?

For Promo Codes with a minimal required spend, promotional savings will be deducted from refunds if it causes your order subtotal to drop below the required spend.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time we don't ship overseas.

Do I pay for return shipping?

Return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date and shipped back to us within 5 days of submitting the request to qualify for FREE RETURN SHIPPING!

Return shipping fee and a $5.00 per item restocking fee will be deducted from the refund in return packages postmarked after 7 days, but no later than 30 days following delivery. If you use your shipping label, only the itemized restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

What do I do if my item is damaged?

If your order arrives in less than pristine condition, we will of course make it right. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. You may contact our customer service team here.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Rocca & Co is not liable for packages lost, damaged during transit, or stolen once delivered. 

Please contact the carrier/local authorities with any claims on damages or stolen packages.

To file a claim with USPS please call 1-800-275-8777.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

All items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged. If you send them back to us for a return, we will not be able to process a refund.

What would be the reason for my returned item to be denied?

Items returned with obvious use, deodorant, perfume, animal hair, makeup, or any kind of stains.

Shoes returned without the original box or damage to the box.

Items sold as sets and not returned as a set.

Final Sales items, swimwear, or intimates returned for a refund.

Returns that are postmarked after the return window has ended.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
