What Is Your Return Policy?
At Rocca & Co our main goal is 100% customer satisfaction, but we do understand that returns sometimes may be necessary.
- We have a seven (7)-day return policy, which means return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund.
- Returns postmarked after this timeframe are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.
- When the return is accepted you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.
- Unfortunately, when we receive returns additional costs incur as a business and to keep prices lower, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Discounted sales items, swimwear, jewelry, and intimates do not qualify for a refund. Sales are final.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.
- Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.
- We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow Rocca & Co 2-4 business days from the day we receive your returned package to process the refund. You will receive an email when the process has been completed.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, or damaged from our end, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at customerservice@roccaandco.com. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
What Is Your Exchange Policy?
We do not accept exchanges. Please return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Before you start a return make sure you have your order number ready. You can find your order number by signing into your account or locating it on the packing slip you received with your order.
Please help us improve by telling us why you'd like to return.
Once we receive the return at our warehouse, your returned items will be inspected, processed, and if approved, refunded ASAP. You will be notified once the refund has been processed.
