When will my order ship?

We need a little time to process, package, and ship your order. 

Typically, your order leaves the warehouse within 3 business days. We ship from warehouses in Texas and California.

You will receive your package within 2-7 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sundays or Holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

NOTE: Multiple items may ship in separate packages. 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories?

ALASKA & HAWAII:

Fixed delivery fee of $10/order.

Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii generally takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be
delivered on Sundays, or Holidays.

The original shipping fee is nonrefundable once shipped.


U.S TERRITORIES:

Fixed delivery fee of $10/order.

Delivery to US territories (American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) generally
takes 6-14 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

The original shipping fee is non-refundable once shipped.

Do you ship to P.O Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

We ship to APO/FPO with standard shipping based on weight.

Delivery time to APO/FPO varies and is generally longer than our standard 8-14 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after the order has been placed?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours via email or chat. In some cases, we may be able to change your address.

How can I track my package?

You will receive an email with shipping confirmation including tracking number for your package once your order has shipped.

Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Rocca & Co is not liable for packages lost, damaged during transit, or stolen once delivered. Please contact the carrier/local authorities with any claims on damages or stolen packages.To file a claim with USPS please call 1-800-275-8777.
