Rocca Sock Knee High Compression Socks

Rocca Sock Compression Socks are made with high-quality materials that maintain their shape, prevent odor causing bacteria, and wick moisture. They will maintain their effectiveness and appearance when they are treated and washed as recommended.

You can either machine wash or hand wash your socks with like colors.

Hand wash in cold or lukewarm water. Let the socks sit in the soapy water for 5-10 minutes. Rinse the socks thoroughly with cold water, ensuring all soap is removed.

Set your washing machine to a cold water or lukewarm water, gentle cycle.

Use a mild detergent without bleach.

Do not use fabric softener.
Do not dry clean.

Hang or lay flat to air-dry
Do not tumble dry
Do not iron

Proper care will increase the lifespan of your compression socks, but elastic fibers will inevitably break down with wear over time. By following our recommended care instructions, our socks retain their elasticity for up to six months.

Some signs that you need a new pair:

If you find it easier to put your socks than usual. Most likely some stretching has occurred, and you are no longer getting adequate pressure.

You notice there are areas of the sock that are thinner, worn out or sagging.

If you have gained or lost weight your socks may no longer provide optimal compression due to the circumference of your leg has changed.

We use several fulfillment centers to ship our products and orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping time vary depending on the product and fulfillment center, but will arrive within 3-8 business days depending on the fulfillment center it is shipped from. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays.

RETURN POLICY

Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

We offer two options for returns:
1: Ship it back at no cost to you! Return request must be initiated with 6 days of receiving the item and shipped back to us within 6 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

2: Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Return must be initiated with 30 days of delivery.  

All returns for store credit will receive an extra $5 added to their Rocca & Co account. 

There are no returns refunds, or online credits available for Final Sales items of any price.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. We're unable to accept returns on any pierced jewelry, beauty & wellness products, or any intimates or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.
