Orders will not shin in Rocca & Co's packaging.

Typically your order leaves the warehouse within 3 business days. We ship from warehouses in Texas and California.

You will receive your package within 2-7 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

NOTE: Multiple items may ship in separate packages. 

• We have a seven (7)-day return policy, which means return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a refund.

• Returns postmarked after this timeframe are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted.

• When the return is accepted you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and shipping instructions.

• Unfortunately, when we receive returns additional costs incur as a business and to keep prices lower, you will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.

• Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.
