We use several fulfillment centers to ship our products and orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.

Shipping time vary depending on the product and fulfillment center, but will arrive within 4-8 business days depending on the fulfillment center it is shipped from. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays.

RETURN POLICY

Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Return must be initiated with 30 days of delivery.  

All returns for store credit will receive an extra $5 added to their Rocca & Co account. 

There are no returns refunds, or online credits available for Final Sales items of any price.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. We're unable to accept returns on any pierced jewelry, beauty & wellness products, or any intimates or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.
