We need a little time to process, package, and ship your order. 

Typically your order leaves the warehouse within 3 business days.

You will receive your package within 5-10 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday, and orders will not be delivered on Sunday or Holidays. 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.

RETURN WITHOUT RESTOCKING FEE:
Return request MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item and shipped back to us within 6 days of submitting request to qualify for a full refund. 

RETURN WITH RESTOCKING FEE:
Return packages postmarked after 7 days but no later than 30 days following delivery are subject to an up to 20% restocking fee. Return packages postmarked after this time will be denied and sent back to you.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

All returns for store credit will receive an extra $5 added to their Rocca & Co account. 

Discounted sales items, swimwear, and intimates do not qualify for refund or store credit. Sales are final. 

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.
