Standard shipping
Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.99, on orders shipped within the Continental United States that don't qualify for Free Shipping.
Orders shipped through Economy Shipping are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 5 to 8 business days.
Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Original shipping fee is non-refundable once order has shipped.
Returns
Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.
We offer two options for returns:
1: Free returns for store credit. Ship it back at no cost to you.
2: You’ll receive a full refund back to original payment method. Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
There are no returns refunds, or online credits available for Final Sales items of any price.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.
We're unable to accept returns on any pierced jewelry, beauty & wellness products, or any intimates or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.
Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.
