RETURN POLICY

RETURN WITHOUT RESTOCKING FEE:
Return request/return shipping MUST be completed within 7 days of
receiving the qualify for a full refund. 

RETURN WITH RESTOCKING FEE:
Return packages postmarked after 7 days but no later than 30 days following
delivery are subject to an up to 20% restocking fee. Return packages postmarked
after this time will be denied and sent back to you.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or
a damaged item. 

Discounted sales items, swimwear, and intimates do not qualify for
refund or store credit. Sales are final. 

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant,
perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above are subject
to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the return.

We will notify you once the return is received and inspected, and let
you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow Rocca & Co 2-4
business days from the day we receive your returned package to process the
refund. 
You will receive an email when the process has been completed.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective,
damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at customerservice@roccaandco.com. We will correct
the issue at no cost to you.  

Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers
with excessive return activity.
