What is your return policy?

> Return packages must be returned within the 30 days following delivery. Returns received after that time frame may me subject to denial, and returned to you.

> No returns, refunds on final sale items or any price.

> Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed and with all tags intact.

> Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, dander, or otherwise does not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and returned back to you.

> Shoes must be in their original shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as shipping box, it should be packed in a seperate box or shipping mailer.

> Merchandise sold as a set must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.

> Git cards cannot be returned or refunded.

How do I start a return?

Go to Returns/Exchange and enter your email. Follow the steps to start your return within 30 days from your order was delivered.

Please place your return form or a piece of paper with your order number written on the inside of your package.

Please remove any old shippig labels to ensure a smooth delivere process.

We recommed you receive shippment tracking and keep your shipping receipts until you return is processed. Rocca & Co is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Do I pay for my own return shipping cost?

Yes. We are not able to provide return labels to customers outside of the United States, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed after it arrives at our warehouse. You will receive a notification email once your refund has been issued.

What if my package was refused or undeliverable?

If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the original and return shipping cost, as well as any duties, taxes, and/or return chages that may be incurred on the package on the original and return shipments. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise
refund.

In some cases, your package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued for the refused package.
