RETURN & EXCHANGEG POLICY
Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.
$5 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover part of the return shipping & handling cost.
There are no returns refunds, or online credits available for Final Sales items of any price.
Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed.
We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewelry, beauty & wellness products where the seal has been broken, or any underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.
Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.
Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.
Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.
Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
Exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size.
Orders placed using Shop Pay or are paid in full using Store Credit are not eligible to exchange. If you used one of these payment methods, please see our Return Policy for information on how to return.
Online exchanges are available one time per item.
Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the US.
Online exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from delivery of the item.
If you have been charged for the exchanged item, you will receive a refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our return facility.
All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy.
Items that do not meet the conditions listed in the Return Policy will be subject to denial.
