RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

Return packages must be postmarked within the 30 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial and sent back to you.

We offer two options for returns:
1: Free returns for store credit. Ship it back at no cost to you.
2: You’ll receive a full refund back to original payment method. Return shipping is your responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 

There are no returns refunds, or online credits available for Final Sales items of any price.

Returns must be received in new condition; unworn and unwashed. We're unable to accept returns on any pierced jewelry, beauty & wellness products, or any intimates or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been removed.

Items sold as a set must be returned as a set in correct size as sold.

Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away at customerservice@roccaandco.com. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.  

Rocca & Co reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time we do not process exchanges. Since returns are free, you can place a new order and return the unwanted item for store credit.
